Анотація (abstract)

The article delves into the intricate relationship between natural legal understanding and human rights, emphasizing the necessity of a scholarly approach for comprehensive worldview formation. Utilizing a methodology grounded in monographic works and peer-reviewed articles by leading Ukrainian scholars in the field of human rights, the paper explores vital rights and freedoms as reflections of human biosocial needs. It challenges existing paradigms by introducing a new classification and interpretation schema for these rights, thereby making a substantial contribution to the academic discourse on the subject.
