Анотація (abstract)

This article aimed to delineate and analyze the modern tendencies shaping public administration within Europe, with a particular focus on the influential role of the European Union. hrough a rigorous examination of e-governance, decentralization, and participatory governance models, the author elucidated the transformative shifts in administrative practices. he European Union’s directives, funding mechanisms, and strategic interventions were explored as pivotal drivers in molding these tendencies. By juxtaposing contemporary practices against historical antecedents and considering future trajectories, the article provided a comprehensive insight into the evolving dynamics of European public administration.
