Анотація

The article is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of the space industry in Ukraine, as well as in advanced countries. The author believes that the significance of the topic is growing every day, but the lack of awareness of the authorities about the importance of the development of the space industry leads to the containment of government regulation at the appropriate level. Today, unfortunately, there is no transparent mechanism for the cooperation between public and private enterprises, there is no clear strategy for the development of the space industry, which makes it impossible for Ukrainian space technologies to be competitive in the world. Therefore, it is important to analyze and determine the basic principles of the effective functioning of the space industry in issues of legal frameworks and the conceptual foundation of the mechanism of state regulation of space activities in Ukraine.
