Summary (анотація)

This article is devoted to the analysis of such a question as the GDPR. In the course of the work, the most important legal aspects of this legislative statute were investigated. The main terms such as ’Data Subjects’, ’Personal Data’, ’Controller’, ’Processor’ were analyzed in the context of GDPR. The major issues such as structure and scope of GDPR, lawful basis for processing, responsibility and accountability, right of access, right to erasure, records of processing activities were considered.
